Disley 15th Anniversary! 7.30PM The Big Dance Glow Party

Disley methodist church was opened as a brand new church on 1st March 2009. Our Get to it fitness classes were the first hirers in the hall and have been doing our fab various fitness classes and pilates sessions there for 15 years along side our many special events we have ran!! So we are having a fun evening with some different styles of classes for you to come and enjoy!!!

We have special guests joining Martin who some of you will know from our events and cover classes. Katie Hill and Katie Jackson will be sharing some of ther favourite tracks in the hour and a half glow dance party!!!! Mixing up Zumba, Clubbercise and anything dancey we know you will love!

7pm-7.30pm Dramatic, sing along if you want, freestyle fitness yoga!! This session with Martin was created by the participants of a yoga class he was teaching at a fitness event and the songs were so dramatic and well known the group couldnt help themselves but sing along. It turned out great fun and giggles. bring a long mat if yiou have one or use one of our small ones.

7.30pm-9pm THE BIG DANCE GLOW PARTY!! Lets dance our socks off with Martin, Katie and Katie to the best dance tracks of Zumba and Clubbercise! A mish mash of styles of music and styles of dance fitness. All under our fabulous ultra violet glow lighting and disco lights!

9pm Latin & Tribal Beats Step! (steps are limited. If you have one bring it) Step it up with Martin with a built up choreographed routine on the rebok step box to funky latin and tribal remixes of familiar chart songs you will know. Coordination IS needed for this one and we will be twirling too!! So save some energy and lets smash this last session and finish with a big smile and sore feet! ha ha.

Dramatic FF Yoga is FREE!! Bring a long mat if you have one. The Big Dance Glow party is £10 Latin Tribal Stepping will be £1.00 and will be bookable on the website soon as steps are limited.
