Service Description

New spine care pilates 6 week block Starts 1st August The class is a low level class focusing on stability, mobility , balance and giving you strength in areas that will help you be pain free and carry on things you like to do in every day life. Stranding functional work and mat work using some equipment. Just bring a long pilates mat and a smile. I teach the more modern approach to Pilates not the original practice which is NOT suitable for those with back problems. The exercises are modified with adaptions for different issues. Perhaps you just want a more gentle pilates class than some of the harder classes. Book a space asap. 6 week block Martin

Cancellation Policy

Classes are non refundable once booked. Classes are non transferable. Classes cannot be carried over to the next course. Classes are to be paid before the class starts.
